February 9, 2017—Renton School District’s Superintendent-elect Dr. Damien Pattenaude continues his work to meet, listen, and learn from people from all parts of the district as he prepares to take over duties as superintendent in July.
Dr. Pattenaude is hosting a series of parent and community forums in March designed to hear from families and community members about what they are proud of, what should be sustained in schools, what needs attention and can be improved, as well as hearing the expectations, hopes and wishes for a successful education system.
Participants can choose a meeting most convenient to attend:
- Monday, March 6, 6-7:30 PM - Lindbergh High School Cafeteria, 16426 128th Ave. SE, Renton
- Tuesday, March 7, 6-7:30 PM - Renton High School Commons, 400 South 2nd Street, Renton
- Monday, March 13, 6-7:30 PM - Hazen High School Auditorium, 1101 Hoquiam Ave. NE, Renton
Refreshments will be provided. Childcare is available for the first 30 children ages 2-10; interpreters will be available (for child care or to request an interpreter, please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org
