Where to Get Vaccines

  1. You can take your student to a health care provider or clinic for the required immunizations.  
  2. You can also take your student to a community immunization clinic.  Usually free.
  3. Pharmacies offer vaccines.  Before going, confirm that the pharmacy:
    1. Takes your insurance.
    2. Has the vaccines your student needs.
    3. Sees people your student's age. 
  4. Othello Station Pharmacy at 4219 S Othello St, Ste 105-F, Seattle, WA 98118 can administer vaccines Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturday, 10am - 4pm.  
    1. Call 206-899-1673 to confirm that they have the vaccines that your student needs.  
    2. They take most insurances except Apple Health. You can call to confirm they take your insurance.
    3. If you student has Apple Health, call to find out how much the administration fee will be.  
    4. You can pre-register or walk-in.
  5. SEA MAR Community Health Center - Seattle Medical Clinic at 8720 14th Ave S., Seattle, WA 98108 can administer vaccines Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
    1. Call 206-762-3730 to confirm they have the vaccines your student needs.
    2. They accept walk-ins for childhood vaccines!
    3. They accept Apple Health and other insurances.
    4. Student doesn't needs to be an established patient, and many of the HCPs are multilingual.
  6. Make an appointment by calling the Mary Bridge Children’s Immunization Clinic in Tacoma at 253-403-1767.
  7. In Washington state, all children ages 3-18 can receive all routinely recommended vaccines at no cost from a healthcare provider that participates in the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. You may be charged an administration fee, but this can be waived if cost is a barrier. There are about 300 VFC providers in King County, and most require that a child establishes care in order to get services. Find a VFC provider near you.
