Technology Integration Specialist

STIPENDS:
1 per elementary, 2 per secondary, 1 at THS

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Build and utilize a district wide team of technology teacher leaders that value visioning and integration of technology with our district vision and goals to develop a network of technology teacher leaders.

The Technology Integration Specialist (TIS) position focuses on student learning and supporting teachers around using technology resources intentionally and innovatively.  

TIS must be in a CERTIFICATED position and hold a valid, current Professional Educator certificate issued by the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI).

• Regular, on-going support for supporting professional learning at your school, with shared documentation/artifacts from learning experiences
• Attendance at three meetings to share artifacts of school support structures and reflect on next steps at dates listed below

The TIS meetings are:

• Tues Sep 23, 4:15 - 5:15 in person at KEC Room 221
• Tues Jan 13, 4:15 - 5:15 in person at KEC Board Room
• Tues May 12, 4:15 - 5:15 in person at KEC Room 221
