Schoolwide Model Title I Schools

A school must meet a minimum percentage (40%) of free and reduced lunch and have gone through a year-long planning process to implement a “Schoolwide” model.

Title I funds may be used to increase the academic achievement of all students in the school. Services are determined by each school’s detailed schoolwide plan.

Additional LAP services may be provided to those students not meeting reading or math standards.

Renton has ten schools that are Title I Schoolwide: Bryn Mawr, Campbell Hill, Cascade, Highlands, Honey Dew, Lakeridge, Renton ParkTiffany Park, Dimmitt Middle School and Renton Academy.
