SERS Account Setup


  1. Visit: https://www.ctesers.org/Home
  2. Click Student.

  3. Click Create New SERS Account.

  4. Read the instructions for creating a student account. They contain helpful tips on what to expect.

  5. Follow the prompts to create your student account. TIP: use the same personal, professional email you use for ctcLink.

  6. Choose a username and password. Make sure to follow the password instructions as shown. Write both down.

  7. Answer security questions. Use questions you'll remember the answers to or write them down. Click Next.

  8. A screen will confirm that your account is setup. Click Sign In Now to setup your profile.

  9. Use the username and password you created to sign in. Click Sign In.

  10. Complete your user profile. You can save and finish later, but you will need to complete your profile before registering for classes.
