Develop Transferable Skills
Transferable skills are skills and abilities that are relevant across different areas of life: socially, professionally and at school.
Transferable skills may go by a variety of other names. Your CTE teacher may call them 21st Century Skills, your employer may call them "employability" or "soft" skills, and a coach may call them "leadership" skills.
The best way to develop transferable skills is to be aware of the strengths you already have and seek out a variety of experiences that challenge you to develop new skills.
