Cosmetology Program of Study

Cosmetology is a competitive program for students in their senior year. Applications are accepted during a student's Junior (11th grade) year. Selected students enter the program in July immediately following their 11th grade year. Engaged in daily classes from July - June, students learn from hands-on labs, salon experience, and text coursework. Depending upon externship hours throughout the program, students are ready to take the Washington State Cosmetology License exam upon graduation or their 18th birthday, whichever comes later.
