OUTDOOR TURF Fields

Renton School District has synthetic turf fields at both Hazen High School and Lindbergh High School available for rental. Rental rates at each of the High Schools is subject to fees as outlined in the Facility Rental Handbook.

Grass Fields, Tracks, & Tennis Courts

The grass fields at most district schools are rented by season and are subject to rental fees per the Facility Rental Handbook.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Weapons

School Board Policies 4210 and 4215 prohibit the use of Alcohol, Tobacco and Weapons on campus. Failure to comply with these policies are grounds for discontinuing events and fines.

When renting district property for events and sporting activities, we require a certificate of insurance. The policy must be for no less than one million dollars per occurrence and the certificate holder must be listed as: "Renton School District #403 its directors, officer, and employees. 300 SW 7th St. Renton, WA 98057." This certificate must be on file at least one month prior to the event or your booking may be canceled and your deposit could be forfeited.

SPORTING ACTIVITY SUPPLEMENT

Organizations requesting rentals that will include activities such as basketball, baseball, etc. must have a completed Concussion Head Injury Supplement on file with the Facility Rental Manager. Only one supplement must be completed per organization making requests.
