Vaccination Pop-Up Clinics Sept. 7-13, 2021

Renton School District has partnered with Seattle Cancer Care Alliance at Northwest Hospital to provide eligible students, families, and staff another opportunity to receive the COVID vaccination. All of the dates also allow staff to start the process to become fully vaccinated on time to meet the Governor’s requirement.

All clinics will offer the Pfizer vaccination, which is fully FDA approved, free of charge, to those 12 and older. Vaccinations are offered at outdoor pop-up locations at several locations, dates, and times. Second dose clinics will be three weeks from the first vaccination dose.

Families are asked to complete a patient Acknowledgement Form (linked below) to provide parent permission for students under 18 to receive the vaccination. Please download this permission form, sign it, and provide it to your student to bring on their designated vaccination day. Hard copies will be available at schools as well.

These pop-up clinics are located in parking lots of schools listed below. (We are providing transportation for Talley High students to attend all events.)
