Technology Services Procedures
Requesting Technology Equipment
To request approval to purchase or to receive donations of technology equipment (i.e., iPads, Chromebooks):
- Review the list of devices that we support: RSD Supported Devices.
- Communicate with your supervisor about your request.
- Submit a Help Desk Ticket.
- Select New Ticket from the left dashboard.
- Select the Other Requests option on the right.
- Select Request New Equipment from the category list.
- Follow the prompts and submit your request.

NOTE: All requests must be submitted prior to the purchase or acceptance of technology equipment.
Requesting Digital Tools and Resources
Before requesting a digital tool or resource, please check the RSD Reviewed Resources list to see if the tool you have selected has already been approved or denied.
If a new request is needed:
- Review the Digital Resource Request Process page.
- Complete the Digital Resource Request Form.
