Technology Services Procedures
Requesting Technology Equipment
To request approval to purchase or to receive donations of technology equipment (i.e., iPads, Chromebooks):
- Review the list of devices that we support: RSD Supported Devices.
- Communicate with your supervisor about your request.
- Submit a Help Desk Ticket.
- Select New Ticket from the left dashboard.
- Select the Devices/Hardware option on the left.
- Select the device type from the list of options.
- Select New Device Request.
- Follow the prompts and submit your request.

NOTE: All requests must be submitted prior to the purchase or acceptance of technology equipment.
Requesting Digital Tools and Resources
Would you like a new digital tool or resource to use in your classroom? Visit the Digital Resource Review Process page to find out if your tool has already been reviewed and approved by the district. If you don't find your tool on the list, you can make a request!
