RSD Hotspots
If you have problems with your hotspots please call the 1-800 number listed on your device. A customer service representative will be able to assist you.
If your device is not working well, and you need a replacement, please complete the RSD Internet Support Request via your mobile phone or home computer.
- Please be sure to indicate that you DO have a hotspot and what the issues are in the box that says "Please explain the challenges you have had". If you lost the device, please note it in that box.
- Be prepared to return your old device when you come in to get your new one.
