Internet Access Support

Your T9 Hotspot has an easy set up!  Follow the steps below to get connected.

• Plug in your hotspot.
• Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the “Welcome” shows in the menu window.
• Wait approximately 30 seconds for “T-Mobile” to appear in the menu window.
• Use the power button to scroll through the menu options to find the Wi-Fi Name and Password.
  • Make a note of these because you will need them to connect.
• Turn on your Chromebook or Home Device.
• Find and select the Wi-Fi option on your device.
  • On the Chromebook, it is in the lower right corner of the screen.
• Scroll through the different network options until you find your hotspot’s Wi-Fi Name. Select this option.
• Enter the Password.
• Press enter, and you will be connected to the internet.

The hotspot name and password appear on the screen on the front of the device. 

• Hold the power button down until you see the "Welcome" message.
• The device will prompt you to click the power button to review the menu options. There you will find the hotspot name and password.

RSD Hotspots 

If you have problems with your hotspots please call the 1-800 number listed on your device. A customer service representative will be able to assist you.

If your device is not working well, and you need a replacement, please complete the RSD Internet Support Request via your mobile phone or home computer.

• Please be sure to indicate that you DO have a hotspot and what the issues are in the box that says "Please explain the challenges you have had". If you lost the device, please note it in that box.
• Be prepared to return your old device when you come in to get your new one.
