The Facilities, Operations, and Maintenance Center (FOMC) supports 16,000 students and staff in over 2.3 million square feet of facilities. Comprised of four district departments, FOMC is home to capital projects office, district energy management office, maintenance, and daily operations for Renton School District.

By working together, FOMC strives to maintain a safe and secure learning environment for students and the community.
