Employee Access

Renton School District (District) who authorized web delivery of their annual tax forms may access their 2025 Form W-2 through the District’s Employee Access (EA) Skyward portal. Employees who are eligible to receive a Form 1095-C will be able to access that form electronically by March 2nd.  Printing of the 1095-C can be provided upon request.

To access your forms:

1. Log in to the Employee Access (EA) portal.
2. Navigate to your Employee Access screen. 
3. Choose W-2 or 1095-C tile.
4. Follow the prompts to download and print your form(s).

Active employees who did not authorize web delivery by the deadline will receive a paper copy of their Form W-2 at the home address on file with the district no later than January 31, 2026.

Form 1095-C will not be automatically printed or mailed. Employees may access and print their Form 1095-C at any time through the EA portal. If you prefer to receive a paper copy of your Form 1095-C, you may request one by contacting the Payroll Team.

If you receive a Form 1095-C, it contains important information about your health care coverage in 2025. You may receive a 1095-C if you:

1. Were enrolled in a district-provided medical insurance plan at any time during 2025; and/or
2. Worked an average of 30 or more hours per week or were considered a full-time employee in 2025.

You are not required to submit Form 1095-C to the Internal Revenue Service. Additional details about Form 1095-C are available on the IRS website.
