SEBB - Getting Started
It is now October 1st and the reality of SEBB has come to be in its first annual enrollment for all employees that qualify. The Payroll/Retirement Team has enabled open enrollment by providing the necessary information to the Health Care Authority for employees to enroll. This webpage is intended to help qualified employees with directions to what you need to know as you start this process.

2. After you complete the video above, please continue to the SEBB My Account webpage to begin your enrollment.
Information about the SEBB benefit plans and additional information can be found on the side pane to the right.
3. If you need individual help with your SEBB enrollment please feel free to attend a SEBB Out Reach Event near you or when it fits your needs. Our Out Reach Events can be found on our Out Reach webpage.
Please note that Kaiser, Premera, UMP representatives, or other vendors DO NOT attend these events. If you have questions about these products please contact the provider directly at Kaiser | SEBB, or Premera | SEBB, or UMP | SEBB, and/or other optional benefits.
Our new online benefits advisor, ALEX, will help you understand your benefits and guide you through choosing your medical, dental, and vision plans. It’s all in simple, easy-to-understand language. It’s online, mobile-accessible, easy, and it’s fun!
The online support tool will ask you a few questions about your health care needs, like what type of medical care you expect to use (doctor visits, surgeries, prescriptions, etc.) and how many dependents you plan to enroll. Then ALEX will use your answers to suggest plans that might make the most sense for you to consider. Your responses to ALEX are private and confidential, so no worries about privacy.
