Proof of Vaccination Requirements
Updated October 22nd, 2021
Effective October 25th 2021, many of our Facility Rental clients will be required to begin documenting proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the previous 72 hours.
We ask that records are kept for each event held and have the ability to provide documented proof of compliance upon the request of the district. For regularly occurring events such as Sunday church services, once a person has provided vaccination proof and that has been recorded, then they do not have to show it again. For those providing a negative COVID-19 test result, this would need to be shown each time they enter.

This requirement applies to all district locations including but not limited to: classrooms, libraries, commons, gyms, theaters, etc.

This requirement applies to all outdoor district locations including but not limited to: grass or turf fields, parking lots, Renton Memorial Stadium, etc.
