RHS Student has story published in the Renton Reporter

Britney Nguyen is a freshman this year at RHS, and she is also one of the journalism students in Ms. DiAsio's class. She has been active in learning about the Japanese internment that took place during WWII—attending all of the unique experiences that RHS teacher, Mr. Okimoto, had prepared for students. She attended the IPAC presentation and also went on a field trip to the Nisei Veterans Center. Britney wrote an article about the IPAC presentation for our school newspaper, and Ms. Brenden published it in the Renton Reporter. Please click here to read the article. Congratulations, Britney!
