Employers and Companies:
To verify graduation or attendance, a signed release needs to be provided authorizing the organization to obtain the information.
Please send it to the student's previously attended high school.
If you do not have a request form, please fill out our Educational Records Request Form.
The $5.00 fee for an Official Transcript may be paid by credit/debit card using the Online Payment System or by mailing a check.
Elementary, Middle and High School contact information can be found by using the Select a School dropdown menu in the green bar at the top, left-hand side of this page.
For academic record requests, please send a written request to the last school the student attended in the Renton School District.

To pay the $5.00 fee
- Go to the Online Payment System
- Create an account.
- Once done, click "Shop".
- Choose "District Office"
- Select "District Office" again.
- Select "Miscellaneous".
- Then "Add" transcript(s).
- Select "Checkout".
- Enter your payment information.
- Review information.
- Select "Pay Now".
- Attach receipt to your transcript request.
