In December Skyward issued a flawed update to their mobile app that prevented users from signing-on using the app if they had a special character in their password. On January 4, Skyward released a new version of the mobile app. All staff, students, parents should access their mobile app store to update to the latest version of the Skyward app that fixes the flaw. Also, our Skyward provider updated their Skyward server to support the updated mobile app, but it appears it may have caused some passwords to expire. For you can reset your password yourself by clicking on the “forgot my password link” on the skyward log in page. The link to change your password will be sent to your outlook account
