How do I pay open fines for my child?
Click the "Your Students" button. Select a student from your list. On the right of the page, select "View Open Fines" from the list of links. Click the checkboxes of the fines you'd like to pay, and click the "Pay Selected Fines" button. The fines you have chosen will be added to your shopping cart.
How do I find the activities for which my child is eligible?
Click the "Your Students" button. Select a student from your list. On the right of the page, select "View Athletics & Activities" from the list of links. From here you will be taken to a list of athletics and activities for which your student is eligible. If your student is missing any required forms, you can print them out by clicking on the "View Requirements" link. Print out the forms, fill them in, and turn them in to the school.
How can I print receipts for my web purchases?
Click the "Web Receipts" text link at the very top of every page. This will take you to a list of your web purchase receipts. You may print these out or view them in further detail by clicking the "view details" link.
How can I change my user name, password, or contact information?
Click the "Your Account" text link at the very top of every page. This will take you to a form which is filled in with the information you submitted when you signed up (or from the information received from the School District website). Change any information and click the "Update Account Information" button.
How can I print fine and purchase ledgers for my student?
Click the "Your Students" button. Select a student from your list. On the right of the page, select "View/print receipt ledger" or "View/print fine ledger" from the list of links. This will open a pop-up window listing all fines or all receipts for the selected student. Click the "Print This Report" text link at the top to print out the fine or receipt ledger.
How can I purchase items which are available to my students?
Click the "Your Students" button. Select a student from your list. On the right of the page, select "Products available to Your Student" from the list of links. This will take you to a page displaying only products available to the selected student.
Why was my credit or debit card declined?
If your card has been declined, please ensure that:
- your credit card is either a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. Note: Bank cards and check guarantee cards are not accepted.
- your card has an expiration date of the current month or later.
- your credit card number has been entered correctly (no dashes or spaces.)
- the address associated with the card matches the address you've entered into the form.
- the 3-digit security code on the back of your card is entered correctly.
Is my credit card data stored when I use the online payments application?
No – the online payments application does not store your card data under any circumstance. [DISTRICT] does not store your credit card data under any circumstance either. The online payments portal uses PCI compliant processes and security protocols to ensure your data is protected while being processed. All payments are secure and protected.

I have a fine on my student’s account. Why would my student have a fine?
There are several reasons why your student may have a fine. The online payments application is integrated to each school’s finance office, and many other district systems send the online payments application data. The most common reasons for why a fine is on a student’s account are:
- A student lost or damaged a library/textbook.
- A class fee wasn’t paid.
- A student damaged school property.
- A student did'nt pay a field trip fee, a club due, etc. on time.
If there is a fine on your account, certain items may be restricted for purchase until the fine/fines are paid.
There is an item my student wants to purchase, but i don’t see it available in the store?
The web store offers many items to parents and students, but there are certain items that may require hands-on management. As a result, the item may not be available in the web store. Typically, if there’s an item requires this level of management, a fee will be assessed to the applicable students.
