Highly Capable Forms

  • Any community member may refer a child to participate in the identification process.  However, the child’s parents or guardians must formally allow their child to participate in the additional testing that is part of the process. If identified, the parents or guardians must also request and select placement into Highly Capable programs.

For students new to Renton School District or grade K students, referral forms must be completed and returned to the address on the form before December 1.

For returning Renton School District students, referral forms must be completed and returned to the address on the form before March 1.
