    Hiring and developing great staff is very important to us. Renton School District has a well-defined hiring process, which we use for all jobs and job applicants.
     
    It starts with our job postings—click here for a complete list of all job openings in the district.
     
    It continues with our online application, which walks you through all the steps necessary to apply.
     
    Our hiring process is team-based. Several people who have a stake in successfully filling the position will carefully review your application. If you meet their criteria, they’ll ask you to come in for one or more interviews. We will do our best to keep you informed all along the way.
     
    A computer is available in our district office for those needing access to one to complete the application process. Our district office is located at 300 SW 7th Street, Renton, WA 98057, and is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
