The Citizens Advisory Committee is a group of parents that meet with Special Education staff. The purpose of the committee is:
- to review and recommend goals and objectives of the District Special Education Programs and Services and ADA/504 processes;
- to recommend modifications and improvements to the special education program and provide recommendations to the District; and
- to review District compliance with state and federal mandates.
