Overview of IMS Policies and Procedures

IMS is fortunate to have a very supportive user group. We do not get many questions about why we are required to operate a certain way, or why we have certain procedures. However, as a courtesy to our end users, a list of laws and regulations is being provided to offer insight into the guidelines IMS must operate within each day.
